Mr Wang Hong is one of the foreign lawyers of the China Law Practice Group at Central Chambers. Together with Mr. Xiao and Aloysius, the setting up of Dacheng Central Chambers was a result of his vision. He graduated from the China University of Politics and Law. He began his legal career in 1994 and during his 14 years as an attorney and legal consultant, he has gained wide reputation. Mr Wang is reputed in the fields of foreign investment and financing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, IPO and corporate law. He has made significant contribution to the investment in large-scale state-owned enterprises and private companies. His experience includes providing legal services and risk control plans, designed scenarios for problem solution. He has assisted companies to meet the requirements of complex laws and regulations and supervisions of China and foreign countries.

As an extension of his legal expertise, Mr Wang serves as the legal counsel of foreign invested companies. In this area, he provides consultancy for better operational management and strategic development in the aspects of legal services and risk control.

Mr. Wang is the Senior Partner in Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, which is one of the largest law firms in China. He also serves as the Vice General Secretary of Overseas Chinese Association of Dadong District, Shengyang City and the Member of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Dadong District, Shengyang.

In Singapore, Mr. Wang joined Central Chambers as a China Law Consultant in 2005. Since coming to Singapore, he is also the Senior Legal Consultant of the Singapore Entrepreneurs’ Association.
