Jason, as a Chinese lawyer, has practiced law after graduation from Nanjing University of China. He possesses extensive experience and expertise in capital market, private equity, foreign direct investment, M&A, employment matters and corporate practice.

Graduated in 2006 with a LLB degree from the Nanjing University in China, Jason was called to the Chinese Bar in 2007. 

Prior to joining Central Chambers Law Corporation, Jason worked in King and Wood PRC Lawyers, one of the most reputable law firms in China. He regularly advised clients on a broad range of foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, insolvency matters and cross border transactions. Jason also has extensive experience in the area of capital markets. He has advised a number of clients in their pre IPO investments, as well as domestic and oversea IPO transactions.

Given his proficiency in English, Jason is able to offer English to Chinese or Chinese to English translation services. His familiarity with the Chinese civil law jurisdiction is of value added to clients who may wish to pursue investments into China for their business expansions.
